TERMS AT-A-GLANCE RESERVES Seller has set a reserve for this sale. Once the reserve is met, the lot will be awarded to the highest bidder. The winning bidder (buyer) will be invoiced within 24 to 48 hours. All bids are binding for 7 business days. PAYMENT All payments are due in full via wire transfer within 5 business days of invoicing. All bids, invoices and payments are in United States Dollars (USD). Buyer is responsible for any bank charges incurred for processing wire transfers (it is common for your bank as well as intermediate banks to charge a fee). BUYER'S PREMIUM A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the winning bid and included in the invoice. TAXES, VAT & CUSTOMS All bid prices are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, duties or levies. UAE VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 5%) will be added to the hammer price and to the Buyer's Premium where applicable, and will be shown on the invoice. Lots 1-8 are sold from within the Jebel Ali Free Zone. Buyers moving assets into the UAE mainland are responsible for customs clearance and payment of any import duty arising. Assets purchased for export must be exported in compliance with UAE customs regulations; buyers claiming VAT zero-rating on export must provide the required export evidence within the timeframe specified by the invoicing entity, otherwise VAT will be charged at the standard rate. The Buyer is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, customs charges, levies and clearance costs arising in any destination country. No sale price will be reduced, and no invoice reissued, on account of any tax, duty or charge for which the Buyer is liable. Buyer represents and warrants that any exemption claimed is valid and applicable to the purchase, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and Auctioneer from any tax liability arising from invalid exemption claims. INVENTORY / QUANTITY The quantities listed are provided in good faith by the Seller; however, they are not guaranteed. The Buyer is responsible for verifying actual quantities on or before the time of pickup. No adjustments, credits, or claims shall be considered for variances within +/-5% of the stated quantities. Any claims for quantity discrepancies exceeding this amount must be submitted in writing to Tiger via email prior to or at the time of loadout with supporting documentation. By submitting a bid, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms and will bid accordingly. LOCATIONS Lots 1-8 are located at Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE. Lots 9-14 are located at Umm Al Quwain, UAE. Within Lot 12, eight 40ft containers are held at a storage facility in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) and are collected from that location. INSPECTIONS Inspections are available by appointment only, with a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice, at the respective yard (Jebel Ali or Umm Al Quwain). All inspection requests are arranged via the sale contact below. A site visit is recommended for the Umm Al Quwain lots; additional photographs of specific items are available on request. REMOVAL No loadout assistance is available at either location. The Buyer is responsible for all loadout logistics, rigging, transport and associated charges, including bringing their own crews, packing materials and material handling equipment. Removal is by appointment only. For Jebel Ali collections, gate passes, security clearance and free zone access requirements are the Buyer's responsibility. Buyers requiring shipping or moving assistance can be referred to third-party providers. SELLER APPROVAL & FINAL SALE A sale is not final until the Buyer receives written or electronic confirmation. Once confirmed, the sale is binding, final and non-cancellable. All items are sold strictly “as-is, where-is,” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items before bidding. ALL ITEMS SUBJECT TO PRIOR SALE The Auctioneer has the right to add or delete lots from the sale at any time, as well as to cancel the sale entirely or sell in bulk.
